i created the Hall of Records so that the death can carry on through life and your the who writes their own record it is a Heavenly Hall one that you can not see in D.C. but its there. you can check the records of someone who had died and we will also collect a database of our dead so that every body had entered or is about to enter into Heaven. and mark of the grow in families in transitions from the Heaven above. because of the War we just settled i expect more that 60 Billion new family members. from many different planets like our own.
